If this is a WARRANTY request, please get in touch with your dealer first. They will help you with basic troubleshooting, and API service will assist if needed. You are welcome to fill out the form below, but in most cases, we will ask you to contact your dealer for an initial assessment.
If this is NON-WARRANTY request, you are USA based customer, and you would like API service to help you with troubleshooting, please move forward and fill it out, but if it is most likely that your unit requires bench testing and repair, go straight to the Return Authorization form.
In addition to form submission, you are welcome to share audio and video files directly to service@apiaudio.com. 2-3 second WAV files are recommended, but without music content. The unit noise floor sample or test tone sample will tell us more than a complex music piece. Do not optimize or level correct audio files.
